The Iconic Library

The State Central Library in Cubbon Park is an iconic library and probably one of the better maintained and updated libraries in town. Built in 1914, until the mid 1980s the library offered its reader a membership programme. This library also functions as the Apex of the Karnataka Public Libraries system, which is governed by State Library Authority. Everyday about 250 to 300 people walk in….
