SHARE if you like what you see

This is the Imaginative and Inspirational Sigriya. Built on a mountain that has been further carved to look like lions claw, Sigriya was the center of three of Sri Lanka’s ancient capitals, Kandy, Anuradhapura and Polanarua.

This site is still being excavated by UNESCO and new aspects of its architecture are still being discovered after all this time !! UNESCO has also declared it a World Heritage Center
