Stories, Parties and Crafted Beer – Review of Biere Club

One of my go to places for craft beer is the Biere Club. My favourite is anything dark and bitter, so ales and stouts are definitely my favourites anytime with their hints of coffee and chocolate. They go well with red meat and spicy food I usually start off with their sample though I know my clear fav. Their seasonal beers fruity, light and fresh. The wheat beer I usually choose for a change from the dark overtones of the stout. It makes me hoppy 🙂

The Shoot at sight cocktail is pretty good as well. Starters, spicy ground beef with melted cheese along with their wood fired pizza (any one is fine!!)

For the main course I like the Cajun rub grilled fish fillet, homemade tortellini, pork chops, lamb chops, beef tenderloin and their beef burger is pretty pretty awesome. Mind you these are not all single sitting but the result of occasional trips 🙂

Price on the higher side but have a couple of pints and it wont matter anymore !!:)

Latest update as of 19 Mar 2016 – We had a BVB Automobile Branch reunion after 15 years and it was an awesome awesome experience talking about old times  drinking beer and having their lovely finger foods. It’s refreshing to see that the group has not changed at all and the wicked sense of humour, the  appetite and thirst still strong 😀

Had their 4 cheese pizza, ,Mediterranean pizza, veg and non-veg kabab platter, bites non veg platter, corn in curds. All scrumptious and soul filling.

In craf beer I had something called Smoked Pineapple based on recommendation of it being seasonal.. Definitely not my favourite and did not go down well with the group too.  This is a delayed review so “hop”fully the pineapple is gone by now. Their virgin sangria mocktail was refreshing.

Sangria

Mango is in season so do try out their mango ale. I plan to do the same pretty soon. I personally like their Golden Sangria. My concept of pure gold when you have good company and sometimes I like moving like Jagger too. With the Jag coming into the picture you will move even if you don’t want to….

These are a result of more than one trips and a combined narration 🙂

Leaving you drinking my favourite beer…….Prost!!
