Bangalore has a lot to offer when it comes to sizzlers and steaks. One of my favourites is Kobe’s. I went to the Brigade road branch. The staff is friendly and know their menu so it’s a good idea to take their suggestions if you are confused with the menu. There was a time when the sizzle and the smoke was a novelty and an attention magnet. Now it’s common place

My favourite sizzler or steak is a tenderloin. Anything else is not worth called a steak but that’s me. I love it medium rare and the staff sure get that done right. Anything more than that and the steak becomes hard and anything less and you can literally hear the moo. But that said, my family members do not share my opinion and we had a healthy mix of chicken and veg sizzlers as well.
