I have always been fond of Manipal County especially Seven Spices. Not only is it conveniently located opposite my apartments, it serves good food as well. Even my son’s first birthday was celebrated there and boy was it worth it.
The fish dishes is really really good (not in terms of traditional taste) and usually Basa is used which is convenient as it has no taste and takes the flavour induced. The fish and chips with tartar sauce is worth a try and my favourite is the Masala fish fry.
The rest is pretty much an average fare.
