Good Morning Hotel is part of the carnivore series where Phenomenal World covers local non veg cuisines from Tamil Nadu, Kerala and Karnataka. If a hotel makes it to this list, it is awesome.<\/p>\n
Porotta and beef is ubiquitous in Kerala with almost everyone nailing this dish to perfection.\u00a0 In fact I have started collecting the experience of eating this dish from many places which are all different with their own ways of making it. So, the wifey forwards me an Instagram post about\u00a0 Good Morning Hotel and their specialty beef and porotta and especially the way it was served and packed, \u00a0I knew I\u00a0 had to go there at any cost. Only beef and parotta is sold and a small place for limited seating so <\/span>parceled 10 parottas and 2 plates\u00a0 beef curry.\u00a0 There was a\u00a0 line to get into the hotel that gave us a clue how popular it is. You get an option of mixed packing where the parottas are sandwiched with the beef and gravy or both <\/span>parceled separately but I loved this sandwiched version.<\/span><\/p>\n
