Phenomenal World got an opportunity to judge the whiskey sour competition at The Reservoire along with a few cocktail enthusiasts. It was a brilliant time for innovation and varieties as budding bartenders put up their best with ace mixologist Karthik mentoring the younglings. With Jack Daniels as the base the cocktails ranged from tropical passion to cocktails inspired by a mother’s biryani with pandan leaves to cherry tomatoes, it was the best of times, it was the thirst of times 😁. More power to The Reservoire in encouraging young blood to go beyond and innovate.
Some of us went behind the bar as well with Devesh creating a nice vodka based Spice Garden and Ganesh and I made a green chilli based whiskey sour. Good fun !
