Today’s search for Naati food took us to Ganga’s Mudde mane. Typical Gowda food with the robust flavors synonymous with this cuisine. Basic setup but very efficient. Usually known for bringing in orthodox people to my world and making them fall in love with it, this time it was my gym instructor 😁. It’s just been 2 months I joined the gym 😂
What we Wolfed at Ganga’s
Paya soup – liquid fire with melt in the mouth paya. Such a brilliant startMutton chops – beautifully cooked chops with the typical gravy.
Brain pepper fry – a bliss with every bite with the pepper hit to bring you down to earth
Kheema gojju – moderated spices and very flavorful
Mutton lollypop – first time I came across this dish. Very nicely fried mutton served with coriander chutney
Mutton pullav – medium spiced and extremely well cooked mutton.
Mutton Chops – Brilliant melt in the mouth perfectly spiced mutton chops with the Gouwda heat in them.
End it with some rasam and majige to beat the heat
The service was first class with good suggestions from the staff and owner.
